SHIPPING POLICY

MicroDeluxe ships orders to destinations available during checkout.

Order processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization.

Processing times exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

During periods of unusually high demand or for certain products, processing may take longer. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you when required or reasonably practicable.

Shipping rates

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and may depend on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, tracking information will be provided when available.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Delayed orders

If we cannot ship an order within the time stated when the order was placed, we will provide applicable notice and cancellation or refund options as required by law.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking indicates a shipment is lost, or if an order arrives materially damaged, contact kulek54321star@gmail.com with your order number and relevant information.

We may request photographs or other reasonable documentation in order to investigate a damaged shipment.

International orders

When international shipping is offered, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import fees imposed by the destination country unless the checkout specifically states that such charges are included.
